Who we are

Review Looper is operated by FameBo LLC. These terms cover your use of the Review Looper service.

What the service does

Review Looper lets a business send review requests to its own clients by text message and email. You provide the contact details of people you have an existing relationship with; we deliver a short message on your behalf asking them to rate their experience.

Your responsibilities

• You may only send to people who have given you their phone number in the course of doing business with you, and who have agreed to be contacted.
• You may not use the service to send marketing, promotions, or any message unrelated to a review request.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you give us for carrier registration, and for keeping them current.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Messaging and opt-outs

Recipients can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are honored automatically and immediately. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. We do not sell recipient phone numbers.

Fees

Subscription and add-on fees are billed monthly in advance and are shown in the application before you purchase. You can cancel an add-on at any time, and it stops billing at the end of the current period.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that sends messages in violation of these terms, of carrier rules, or of applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Liability

The service is provided as is. FameBo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
