Who we are

Review Looper is operated by FameBo LLC. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

Information about our customers

When a business signs up we collect the firm name, the account holder's name and email, and a password we store only as a hash. If a firm registers its own phone number, we also collect the business details carriers require: registered legal name, tax ID, address, website, and an authorized representative's contact details. These are used solely for carrier registration.

Information about message recipients

On behalf of our customers we process a recipient's first name, phone number, and optionally email address, along with the rating and any written feedback they choose to submit. This data belongs to the customer whose client they are. We do not sell it, we do not use it for our own marketing, and we do not share it with other customers.

Private feedback

Feedback submitted through the private form is visible only to the firm that requested it. It is never published and is never sent to Google or any other review site.

Text messages

Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and that opt-out is honored automatically. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared with our messaging provider only to deliver the message you asked us to send.

Service providers

We use Twilio to deliver text messages and Resend to deliver email. Data is stored in the United States.

Retention and deletion

We keep review request records for as long as the customer's account is active. A customer can ask us to delete their account and its data, and a message recipient can ask for their own record to be removed, by writing to the address below.
